Having started my early career in the back office of a huge investment bank, while well rewarded financially I couldn't see how I was having a positive impact on the clients at the end of the chain of events. I wanted to apply my knowledge and experience by bringing the possibilities into the homes of families and couples who could benefit from the Financial markets in the UK, with the right adviser by their side.

Quartz was established in 2012 first as a mortgage and protection advice business, with Financial Advice being offered in 2017, meeting my goal to offer full financial services in one place with one dedicated Adviser to guide you, no matter what your stage in life.
